  1. ①Buyer requests Your Co to submit bank guarantees (e.g. bid bond, prepayment bond) on the projects.
  2. ②Your Co requests SMBC to issue counter guarantee on behalf of Your Co.
  3. ③SMBC requests Fronting Bank to issue fronting guarantee on behalf of SMBC.
  4. ④Fronting Bank delivers guarantee to Buyer.
