Agreement on Business Cooperation among Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ( China ) Ltd and China International Intellectech ( Shanghai ) Corporation

 

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC, President: Masayuki Oku) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (China) Limited (SMBC China, President: Kazunori Okuyama) announced today the signing of an Agreement on business cooperation with China International Intellectech (Shanghai) Corporation (CIICSH, President: Shi Lei, Location: Shanghai), the 100% subsidiary of China International Intellectech Corporation (President: Wang Xudong, Location: Beijing), for the purpose of  expanding both parties’ business related to human resource services in Japan and China, as well as supporting services for China market entry.

 

Under the supervision of China State Council and Shanghai Municipal Government, CIICSH provides all-round human resource consulting service to foreign enterprises and entities, ranking at the top in China ’s personnel placement industry. In accordance with the agreement, SMBC and SMBC China will introduce clientele which have human resource issues pertaining to China business or entry into the China market to CIICSH which will provide support through its expertise in human resources consulting.

 

Furthermore, new services will be developed by combining over 30 of CIICSH’s human resources related services and SMBC and SMBC China’s financial payment services, which will enhance the service level for Japanese enterprises entering the China market.
