SMBC GIFT CITY

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City, also known as GIFT City is India’s first operational smart city and International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). The International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA) is the regulatory body for the GIFT IFSC, and it plays an instrumental role in overseeing and governing of GIFT City.

Established in July 2024, the SMBC GIFT City branch offers Foreign Currency denominated structured products and finance for Projects, Infrastructure, Real Estate and others to our clients in India and overseas. This includes External Commercial Borrowing (in USD and JPY). It also supports green, social, sustainable and sustainability-linked lending.
